NIGHT 1: MAY 26

An Afternoon in the Chef's Garden

Enjoy a relaxed walk through the lush Chef’s Garden, where Chef Kyle St. John and Culinary Director/Chef Reylon Agustin host a series of settings featuring bites and tastes from both kitchens, along with selections from local wineries. It’s an opportunity to taste your way through the evening, discovering what each chef does with the best of what California grows while raising a glass under the Big Sur sky.

NIGHT 2: MAY 27

Dinner On The Edge

Move inside to Sierra Mar for a prix-fixe dinner featuring a special menu developed jointly by Chef Reylon Agustin and Chef Kyle St. John. Each course draws from the ingredients and philosophies that have shaped their respective kitchens; one rooted in the fog and salt air of Big Sur, the other in the warm canyon of Laguna Beach. The result is a single menu that reads like a conversation between two corners of the California coast.

The California Table is a true exchange. Before Chef St. John makes the journey north to Big Sur, Executive Chef Il Hoon Kang travels south to cook alongside him in the Chef’s Garden at The Ranch at Laguna Beach for two nights on April 22 & 23.
