Post Ranch has partnered with The Sleep Doctor™ – Dr. Michael Breus, one of the country’s most renowned sleep experts, for The Post Ranch Sleep Program, a comprehensive approach to improve the way you sleep each night. Coupled alongside our guestrooms that naturally promote rest and relaxation, free of televisions and alarm clocks, while nestled in our organic mattress and bedding, without any chemicals and dyes, there’s truly no better setting in which to embark on a journey to a better night’s sleep. The package is available as an add-on to any reservations of two nights or more.

Booking Policies

  • Available as an add-on to any reservation of two nights or more
  • Package rate is $1200 for one guest exclusive of room rate, an additional guest staying in the same room can be added for $900 – which includes dinner at Sierra Mar, two 60-minute Sleep Spa Treatments, the Sweet Dreams Gift Bag and access to the “Sleep Sessions” on-demand video series
  • Not available for one night stays
  • A 20% gratuity for dinner and spa treatments will be added to your folio at check-out

Relax the mind and body with your choice of two treatments from the Post Ranch Spa’s Sleep Menu. Offering two categories of treatments, select from “Healing Guided Journeys” with treatments including Yoga Nidre and Mindful Meditation or from “Interactive Wellness Experiences” with offerings ranging from Sound Sleep to Heartful Mindfulness to Ayurvedic Sleep Nutrition.

Treatments can be enjoyed alone or as a couple. Additional treatments can be added.
